Barbara works with children with disabilities, including physical and mental. She shares information about their US Paralympics involvement and the US Paralympic academy. They are the only school district in the country that has been asked to host the US Paralympic Academy this year. This is special because they are pre-planning for Beijing next year. The Academy is sponsoring an athlete and a coach from Clark County School District to participate in the opening ceremonies at the Paralympics in Beijing next year!!
